Some cultures and companies can be afraid to be "nit-picky" with each other.
I have recently noticed this in a group of PMs reviewing a product iteration on staging. Much of the feedback was prefaced with "this is just nitpicky but..."
Don't be afraid to dig into pixel-level details.
As a leader, be intentional about building a culture where teammates don't feel a need to apologize for this kind of rigor.
The details are the difference between good and great.
