Tips for prioritizing a backlog
Annotate each item with what problem it solves (e.g. usability problem, new user acquisition, performance issues, content/Inventory issue etc)
Group them by theme
Ask yourself "What is the number 1 reason more people are not being more successful with my product this week"
Do the items that address that reason first, second, third
